Unfortunately this is not the case. The GAO report merely says what anybody who has been following the electronic voting issue for awhile already knows: the security holes are so big that one can drive an 18-wheeler through them. Whether or not any vehicle has been driven through them isn't addressed.

Additionally, in case anybody else doesn't know, the Right has been accusing the Left of vote fraud this whole time as well. (This is not the best article I've ever seen on it, but I'm not putting extra time into this...back to the books for me)

It's good to know that others agree, thanks. I'm also glad that you think it was coherant, because I certainly didn't feel that way when I was writing it. :)
